|Themes||In oreder to clarify radiation-induced DNA damage response and mechanism of genomic stability mentenance, I am focusing on radiation-hypersensitive disorders and responsible genes, and studying following themes.
1. Investigation of radiation-hypersensitive disorders and role of responsible genes in DNA damage responses.
2. Role of oxidative stress (ROS) in biological effects to low dose rate irradiation.
3. Relationship between DNA repair capacity and genetic variation in primates.
