このフォーラムでは、博士号取得者の多様なキャリアパス及び学術越境に関連する研究・活動を知る、ということを主眼としています。どなたでもご参加いただけます（無料）。

超学際性(トランスディシプリナリティ)は、研究、政策、実践においてますます推進されつつあるが、それは単なる最新の流行語なのだろうか？本講演では、専門用語の理解にとどまらず、研究者、実務家、コミュニティがどのように協働して複雑な社会的課題に取り組むことができるかを検証しながら、境界を超えることの本当の意味を探ります。現実社会での実例をもとに、超学際研究の原理と落とし穴を解き明かし、何が超学際研究を効果的なものにするのかを考え、学問分野、セクター、知識など、境界を超えた有意義な関わりを支える条件をどのように整えるかについて議論します。このようなアプローチに取り組むためのスキルやコンピテンシーについてもお話しします。
Transdisciplinarity is increasingly being promoted in research, policy, and practice—but is it just the latest buzzword? This talk explores what boundary crossing really entails, moving beyond jargon to examine how researchers, practitioners, and communities can collaboratively address complex societal challenges. Drawing on real-world examples, we’ll unpack the principles and pitfalls of transdisciplinary work, reflect on what makes it effective, and discuss how to create the conditions that support meaningful engagement across boundaries — disciplines, sectors, and ways of knowing. I will also share about the kinds of skills and competencies to engage in this type of approach.
