| 研究テーマ | 生物群集のなかで網のようにはりめぐらされている生物種間の相互作用の特性、機能を解明し、それらが、生物の多様な進化過程にどのような意味をもっていたのか、現在の豊かな生物多様性の維持にどのように関わり、さらに、生態系機能の維持にどのような役割を果たしているのかを理解することが、私の研究のおもな目的です。 現在は、特に、ボルネオ島の熱帯雨林を拠点にして、昆虫と植物の相互関係、捕食者が被食者の行動・生活史・個体群特性に与える影響、東南アジア熱帯に見られる超年気候変動が昆虫群集の長期動態に与える影響、生物多様性に与える人的攪乱の影響などについて研究を進めています。 |
